This beautiful message was brought to me in meditation, and it’s message is too important for me to keep to myself. I am sharing it as I received it from Spirit.
The journey of self-preservation is nearing its end. It is no longer useful to remain separate from brothers and sisters of similar paths. You must open your heart to TRUST in new and gentle ways – so that you may remember how wonderful it is to truly BE loved.
Our understanding of “Love” has become a bit skewed from its authentic truth. To re-discover its truest essence, please follow this exercise:
With your eyes closed, begin to breathe deeply. Focus upon something that you love and enjoy (preferably not a person). This “something” can be anything – music, the beach, a moonlit night, cooking your favorite meal, or anything else that inspires you to know Love.
Allow the sensations of that experience to come alive for you. Be present in the moment. Let the LOVE fill you.
What do you feel?? Don’t describe the physical nature of the experience. Describe and focus upon what you feel. Even recognize how it makes your body feel, physically.
Do you feel exhilarated, excited, in joy, or in gratitude?? Do you feel nurtured, safe, and secure?? Do you feel confident and at home within yourself??
This is Love. ♥
The energy of Love does not seek or crave. It does not question or challenge. It does not judge or feel complicated.
True LOVE is accepting and inspiring!! It is what brings us to life and empowers each breath.
Love is what brings healing and creates miracles.
Love is.
Once you accept what LOVE truly is, you may begin to recognize it in people, situations, and relationships, without confusion.
Love lifts us up.
Love allows our heart to explore and soar, without limits.
If you compassionately recognize that your understanding of Love has been a bit limited, up to this point, then practice LOVE FOR YOURSELF first and foremost.
Then, when you are ready, call LOVE into your life!!
Let all paths of opportunity evolve, awaken, and unfold to welcome in greater expansions of ALL that is Love.
Tell the universe:
“I CHOOSE LOVE!!!”
In response, your life will joyfully TRANSFORM to honor all that you now welcome with grace and ease.
It’s that easy.
Stand strong and know:
“I CHOOSE LOVE!!!”
