And to be clear, Alania is not teaching you HOW to write! She is not trained in the technical aspects of grammar, style, and comprehension. Which means, there is no "right or wrong way" to write in this program.
All that she has learned about writing, over the last two decades, has come directly from her communications with Spirit, Source, and the Divine—and they will be guiding this experience, too, at every step.
Really! Alania received the inspiration for Soul Knowing: A Sacred 21-day Creative Writing Program at 3am one morning when she least expected it. Spirit was encouraging her to deepen her own relationship with writing, while also "putting out the call" to all who were ready to discover their own powerful voice through writing.
This highly interactive program is designed to awaken deeper levels of:
- Self-awareness
- Self-acceptance
- Self-discovery
By learning to express ourselves freely, without limiting expectations and judgments, we discover truth and authenticity for ourselves. That authenticity, once we become comfortable with it, can be a compass for us throughout our lives.
Yes! This is a program for creative writing. But it's so much more.

About This Program:
Join Alania for 21-days of soul inspired, divinely guided, creative writing. You will be offered 21 opportunities to write, without censor, from your heart.
To support your journey, Alania will provide daily inspiration, guidance, support, feedback, and energetic downloads.
All interaction will take place inside an exclusive (for participant's of this program only) Facebook group. This allows for positive group sharing and interaction, while also providing a central location to store all 21 days of writing prompts, teachings, and inspirations.
What's Included:
- Daily Writing Prompts —Spirit will provide a new "prompt" each day. These are words that are meant to evoke emotions, imaginings, or insightful understandings. You are encouraged to let these prompts guide you someplace you might not have gone.
A few writing prompt examples might be:
"The Divine Heart Within."
"Chasing Rainbows."
"If I Could...."
These prompts are meant to inspire a thought, a creative story, or a poem that is UNIQUE to you! It is not meant to be compared to any other. Learning to see your voice as a valued expression is important. It can be life changing.
- Daily Inspirations—Alania will make this experience fun and easy! With plenty of tips, tricks, exercises, and anecdotal stories, she will lighten the energy and EMPOWER YOU to express yourself freely.
These daily inspirations will be released as short pre-recorded videos each day—or as written posts that will include examples and ideas. The "short videos" will make it easy to access, listen to, and act upon the suggestions that are shared.
- Energy Downloads and Lightbody Activations—A minimum of (7) channeled 30-minute energy downloads and lightbody activations will be shared in our private Facebook group. A new video (separate from the daily inspirations) will be shared every 3rd day.
- Daily Writing—Celebrating our individuality by honoring our unique voices! Alania will share her own writings from each daily prompt. She encourages you to share yours with the group, also, so that you might feel supported and validated in all you express.
However, it is your choice to share or not share. You are in this experience for your individual growth! We honor all that is comfortable for you.
If your writing is personal and private, please honor that. There is sometimes beauty in holding your precious writing in a sacred way. You do not have to share with the group. But if you'd like, you are welcome to share with Alania privately for support and feedback.
- Inspirational Feedback—Alania will cheer you on each step of the way. She'll provide positive, uplifting, and complimentary feedback, bringing attention to your authentic strengths and talents. If space for improvement is noticed, she will encourage you to push your own bounds and discover new measures of free expression for yourself.
If any energetic blocks appear, creating doubt or fear, Spirit will work on clearing those energetic blocks and opening the flow. This will almost always be done on a group level, as we can all benefit from the divine healing and support that is shared.
- Building Intuition—By trusting your Soul to know, see, and understand from a boundless point of view, you will be accessing and strengthening your intuition. You'll be validating the natural instincts and whispers that flow through—while learning to welcome all that is loving and supportive to your journey.
As Spirit has told Alania, through her own creative writing, knowledge is never kept separate from one who is truly open to receive. This creative practice can teach you to communicate with your own higher self, your spiritual guardians, and all source. You will be learning how to welcome and receive guidance and inspiration regarding any life question that could ever arise.
You are learning to be your own sacred source for empowered insights and wisdom.
- Flexible Learning—Alania will provide all the "prompts" and resources for you to delve deep into this sacred experience. But you are entirely responsible for participating in your own comfortable way. You may read the posts, watch the videos, and write when it's convenient for your life style.
However, we do ask that you make a loving commitment to yourself!! Sometimes flexibility makes it easy to slide through the experience with little effort. Alania will reach out to you if she notices very little interaction over two or three days—only to ensure that you feel supported and inspired.
This is your experience! It can be as integrative or as gentle as you'd like it to be.
- Unlimited Access—All teachings, inspirations, energy downloads, and group posts will remain available in our PRIVATE Facebook Group for a full (3) months!! You have the freedom to participate at you own convenience—and move at your own pace.
