Say “YES!” to Ascension

I’ve been on a massive healing journey! One that pushes me to re-evaluate who I am, who I choose to be, and who I have the potential to be.

While my body moves through cycles of cellular regeneration, my spirit goes deeper into the recesses of repressed emotions. Lifetimes of them! At first, it was waves of anger, fear, and disappointment that came rushing through. But now, I’m joyfully rediscovering oceans of awe, wonder, excitement, love, and bliss, thankfully.

What a journey!

It had to happen just this way.

Spirit tells me this:

Your whole journey into the shadows was to give voice to the parts of you that have forgotten the greater truth. The parts of you that felt lost.

Your whole journey into the shadows was to bring awareness to the ILLUSIONS you were still feeding within.

If you are to RISE as you wish to—you cannot hide any parts of you in the shadows of denial and shame.

You must see everything! You must feel everything! You must accept everything!

ONLY THEN CAN YOU BE WHOLE

No shadow, pain, or memory can ever be enough to break you!

You are the LIGHT of God—remembering that you are authentically safe, well, healthy, abundant, supported, and perfect.

Always.

When you remember this, deep within, every shadow will fall away because it cannot thrive in an illuminated mind.

YOU ARE LOVE

All else is but a perception, my dear.

Can you sense that this message speaks to all of us?

Everyone I speak to seems to be moving through their own epic experiences of growth and transformation too.

I believe that we are all, in some way, accepting and celebrating only parts of our authentic selves. As passionate as we are about being true to ourselves, we've been innocently neglecting some of the brightest parts of ourselves.

Sometimes those brightest parts are hidden beneath the wounded memories we still hold onto, and sometimes we have just forgotten how to trust ourselves as wonderful, beautiful, and perfect.

There's no shame in this.

Spirit tells me that LOVING OURSELVES INTO WHOLENESS can be easy, easy, easy—when we first accept the opportunity to do this in a sacred way.

It’s time to celebrate every perfect aspect of ourselves! That which is earthly, innocent, curious, and vulnerable. And that which is inspired, confident, masterful, and in love.

THIS IS THE PATH TO ASCENSION—which signifies the conscious ascension into unity and oneness.

It's time to honor every authentic aspect of our infinite Self.

As we meet these opportunities to CONSCIOUSLY RISE beyond all limitation and insignificance, it can sometimes be challenging because we get caught in the old perceptions of lack, loss, disempowerment, and pain.

We can avoid this “challenge” in the physical, by choosing truth, inspiration, and empowerment at a core level of awareness within.

This is what my relationship with Spirit helps me to do.

Beautiful elders, teachers, and guardians walk me through each gate of initiation that blesses my soul and reminds me of who I am! They create grids of HEALING LIGHT to support my body and nurture my mind. They keep me connected to all that is happening for me on divine planes of awareness.

This anchors me through the darkest times.

Spirit tells me that all of us are moving through our own emotional challenges right now because this is a PIVOTAL TIME for human ascension!

We’re all letting go of old thoughts, insecurities, grievances, fears, and anxieties so that WE CAN RISE to the New Earth frequencies—those which give space for our divine nature to express itself freely.

And as we say “YES!” to this expansion and growth on the emotional planes, our physical bodies are going through the upgrade as well.

Our crystalline Lightbodies are attuning to the new energies of divine frequency—those of LOVE • LIGHT • TRUTH—and the dormant strands of our human DNA are becoming activated. They hold the lightcodes that will allow us to feel comfortable in our infinite nature.

We’re evolving! But, in truth, we’re only returning to our divine nature. We’re finally accepting the truth of all we eternally are.
