Where Does Inspiration Come From?

When I'm inspired, there's a brilliance to everything I think and everything I create. One thought leads to another, until the world is filled with potential and possibility.

The concepts of doubt and confusion become inconceivable because inspiration will always bring light to the darkest corners of my mind.

But how do we summon this coveted inspiration when all feels a bit sticky and stuck?

Where does inspiration come from?

Seriously! I'm asking you.

But since you might have the same questions I have, I'll take a deep breath and ask the Divine for guidance, for both of us.

Dear Spirit, help us to understand the greatest truth. Where does inspiration come from?

Beautiful souls, do you sense the passionate curiosity that rises within as you ask this question?

You are intrigued.

You have a genuine desire to see life in a new way!

And that primal, instinctual energy, which is open and receptive, will always draw upon the inspirations that are available to you in that moment.

Let us be clearer.

Inspiration can be found in all moments and in all things, but you must be open and receptive (playful and curious) when seeking to connect.

If you have any expectations about what that inspiration might look like, it's not purely inspiration that you are connecting to.

Inspiration, that which is alive with energy and life-force, is speaking directly to your heart and soul! It is not strictly logical, so it can not be translated through logical means alone.

Inspiration tells a story that ignites your imagination. It awakens your memories, evokes your emotions, and activates your brightest potential.

Does this really sound like it can come from outside of yourself?

Inspiration, although it can be found in everything, can only come from a sacred space within yourself.

You are always the light which welcomes inspiration into your life!!!!!

It comes from you.

The potential for inspiration is everywhere, but only your willingness to see life in new ways will activate that unique inspiration for you.

And if this still seems like an overwhelming task, let us simplify it further. It is enough to whisper these words into the universal flow:

Inspire me!

With curiosity and confidence in perfect balance, every door of insight and wisdom will be open to you.

Just as this message, here and now, could have been received yesterday (or yesteryear) if you had wished, every inspiration can only be received when YOU open yourself to receive.

All inspiration comes from you.
