30 Days of Prompts for
Enlightened Self Awareness
Beautiful Souls! This program is a gentle invitation to strengthen your intuition by remembering that you are already connected to universal source.
Through the art of "writing," you will be prompted to access the portals of wisdom within yourself.
Gentle love notes to — and from — reflections of your own divine Self, will attune you to a new level of intimacy between yourself and every loving source.

It's time to see yourself through the brightest lens of light and truth. Writing can do this for you — even if you're not confident with your intuitive abilities.
Alania will guide you through the process so gently, that you'll be channeling divine truth before you are aware of it.
Here's an example of a little LOVE NOTE that Alania wrote "to her wisest Self" and then "from her wisest Self." Notice that the words are simple and might as easily move through your own heart and hand — and notice that there is an energy shift between notes.
Trusting the flow of words, without judgment, helps us to know ourselves.
An Example Prompt:
(In reality, our prompts, teachings, and exercises are more detailed and energy charged. They are building a foundation for self-awareness and empowerment.)
You are an energetic being! On any given day, your body and soul is gracefully communicating with every life-form and energy source in your environment.
We've been programmed to tune those light-encoded conversations out, but your HEART does know how to tune in and translate the energy into words.
Think about an item in your daily environment, with a life-force. Like a crystal, a plant, or a tree. Choose something that feels special, as if it might hold a message for you.
Think about how that item has gifted your life, and write a short little love note to it.
Just be yourself! Let the words flow naturally.
And then, after you've written every word that feels precious and heart-felt, use your imagination to receive a little "love note" (kind and thoughtful words) from that special item.
Essentially, you're building a bond between yourself and that life-force. Once this is natural and comfortable, you'll appreciate how intimately connected you are to ALL life.

Important To Know:
♦ Your prompts will arrive by email (including a teaching or inspiration).
♦ You will receive 30 emails — but Alania will keep as much information to a single email as possible. For example, "Day 5" will include all the information from Day 1 to Day 5, in hopes that it will make it easier to keep up.
♦ Every prompt is an invitation to write and explore your sacred Self. Only you can decide which prompts or invitations feel most inspiring to you. Trust your instincts!
♦ Set intentions to spend at least 20 minutes per day devoted to your YOU-niversal discovery. Whether you spend more or less is up to you, as long as you don't feel rushed. Being in your heart is a fundamental part of this program.
♦ Our LIVESTREAM Attunement Amplify Your Intuition will be scheduled once registration is complete.
